1. Description of Sarebel
Sarebel provides software that helps businesses upload, capture, process, extract, organize, search, review, and manage invoices and related business documents.
Sarebel may modify or introduce functionality over time. Features may differ according to the customer’s subscription, account configuration, device, location, or product version.
2. No professional advice
Sarebel provides operational software and information-management tools.
Sarebel does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, audit, compliance, banking, insurance, credit, or other professional advice.
Information extracted, calculated, categorized, summarized, or displayed through Sarebel is provided for operational convenience. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their records, maintaining accurate books, complying with applicable laws, and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
3. Automated document processing
Sarebel may use optical character recognition, automated rules, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or similar technology to process submitted documents.
Automated results may be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, duplicated, or based on unclear source material. 4. Business-data confidentiality
Sarebel does not make one customer’s invoices, documents, extracted information, suppliers, customers, prices, costs, quantities, purchasing information, notes, or other confidential business records available to another store or Sarebel customer in an identified or reasonably re-identifiable form.
Other customers cannot use Sarebel to search for, view, retrieve, compare, or download another customer’s information.
Limited disclosures may occur only as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosures to authorized users, contracted service providers, customer-selected integrations, or governmental authorities where legally required.
